At the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, a majority of our IFC chapters maintain chapter houses located in historic fraternity rows around Dinkytown and Marcy-Holmes. These facilities are privately owned and operated by individual alumni housing corporations rather than the university.
Live-in policies vary by organization, with many chapters requiring initiated members to reside in the house for a set period. Prospective members are encouraged to ask chapters directly about live-in expectations, housing agreements, and availability during recruitment.
